As a critical step in the coating process of automobiles and auto parts — electrophoresis — MEGA has supplied high-performance electrophoresis anode membranes and complete anode product packages to hundreds of factories worldwide over the past 30 years. As a long-established manufacturer of electrophoresis anode membranes, MEGA can directly provide membrane products to customers with electrophoresis lines for the replacement of curved anodes, flat anodes, or tubular anode membranes. It also supplies anode membrane components to OEM manufacturers such as DÜRR to support their production of complete anode membrane products. Meanwhile, MEGA has independently developed its own full range of electrophoresis anode products, including complete curved anode assemblies, complete plate anode assemblies, and complete tubular anode assemblies, which are applicable for constructing anode systems in new production lines, as well as for the replacement or expansion of existing complete anode systems.

Leveraging decades of experience in electrophoresis anodes, we are also able to provide maintenance services for anode systems, including inspection of electrode plate corrosion levels, anode leakage detection and repair, anode system cleaning, and anode membrane replacement.
