As an internationally renowned brand of infrared lamps, IWT infrared lamps have been quietly used in major well-known automobile production lines for many years. In China, 100% of the infrared lamps in FAW-Audi, Beijing Benz and Brilliance BMW are from IWT; more than half of the lamps in FAW-Volkswagen and SAIC Volkswagen are also IWT products, and domestic customers are gradually adopting the IWT brand. Different from other brands, IWT is characterized by customization: we design and manufacture the most suitable lamps fully based on customers' actual needs, combined with the dimensions of spot repair booths, vehicle models and the required baking area. Our industrial-grade infrared lamps can be used on production stations for more than 20 years with almost no maintenance required.
Due to the lack of extensive proactive promotion, the brand is not highly recognized domestically. However, this situation is now changing. Since April 2016, as the authorized partner of IWT in China, we have been leveraging IWT's leading short-wave infrared heating technology to serve automotive coating and final assembly production. On the other hand, benefiting from our in-depth knowledge and understanding of coating and final assembly systems, IWT has continuously strengthened the promotion of its products, covering sales, installation, technical services, spare parts services, etc.
