Solecta's electrophoresis supporting products are mainly electrophoresis ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, which fall into two categories: standard cartridge-type membranes and fully replaceable membranes. The standard products feature a molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of 100kD and are compatible with the replacement of electrophoresis ultrafiltration membranes of all other brands available on the market. In addition, we offer proprietary nanofiltration (NF) membranes, which can further filter the ultrafiltrate for reuse in post-UF water washing processes, thereby reducing the consumption of pure water.

Based on multiple batches of comparative tests, we have drawn the conclusion that under the same electrophoretic paint parameter conditions, the permeate flux of newly commissioned Solecta products exceeds that of other brands by more than 20%. With proper operation and maintenance, the service life of Solecta membranes is longer than that of counterparts from other brands.

Our electrophoresis ultrafiltration products have been widely adopted in the United States and Europe. All BMW coating workshops across Europe have fully switched to Solecta membranes, with the brand holding a market share of over 75%. In China, we are gradually promoting the Solecta brand while enhancing our technical support and after-sales service capabilities.

We provide customers with high-quality products and services through three approaches:

New Projects：We need to understand the customer's production capacity and installation space to deliver a complete skid-mounted electrophoresis ultrafiltration membrane unit.

Replacement or Renovation of Existing Projects：We need to obtain the model of the original electrophoresis ultrafiltration membranes to select the matching replacement models.

Analysis and Optimization of Electrophoresis Ultrafiltration Systems：As a critical factor affecting electrophoresis quality, mismatches in pressure difference and flow rate of the ultrafiltration system will significantly reduce the system's output and service life. This analysis and optimization is particularly essential for aging projects that have undergone multiple modifications, requiring a thorough review of the existing operational parameters.
